ISO 8124 Sharp Point Tester
ISO 8124 Sharp Point Tester for Toys Safety Testing Equipment with Stainless Steel
Product introduction of the Sharp Point Tester
To determine whether accessible sharp points on toys are likely to cause injury. If the accessible sharp point penetrates a specified depth into the small rectangular opening of the tester, the LED is illuminated to indicate that the point is unacceptably sharp. Toys intended for use by children under 8 years old are subject to this requirement before or after use & abuse testing.

Product Details of the Sharp Point Tester
Test program
Place the tip into the cusp tester measurement slot, hold the test object and apply a force of 4.5 N to check that the light is on. If the cusp tester is allowed to be free and vertical, no external force is applied, and the external force applied by the object to be measured is 4.5 N (1 LBS).
Judgment: If the light is on, the measured object is a non-conforming product, which is a sharp point.
How to use and understand:
1. Place the sharp cusp tester on the accessible cusp and check that the sharp point being tested can be inserted into the sharp tester to the specified depth. The test tip is inserted into the measuring slot and an external force of 1 lb is applied to make the indicator light, and the cusp is determined to be a sharp cusp.
2. The wooden thorn in the wooden toy is dangerous and sharp, so it is not allowed to play?
3. The sensor head must be adjusted as required before each inspection to ensure accurate and sensitive sensing.
4. When adjusting the sharp cusp tester, first loosen the lock ring and then rotate the lock ring to advance the indicator device a sufficient distance to expose the calibration reference scale on the circle. Rotate the measurement cover clockwise until the indicator light flashes. Rotate the measuring cap counterclockwise until the appropriate micrometer mark matches the calibration scale, then turn the locking ring until the locking ring is against the measuring cap to secure the test cover.
What is sharp point tester?
Sharp Point Tester is used to test if test object point is sharp or not. Sharp Point Tester in textile, footwear is commonly used to test ornament point sharpness. It is one of necessary safety testers widely used in toy, textile and other industries.
