What is the room/corner fire experiment?

Solid room/corner fire experiment is one of the methods to study the fire characteristics of indoor wall and ceiling decoration materials. Because this test is close to the real fire conditions, the test results are relatively reliable. The test takes the simulated corner fire scene as the standard test condition to evaluate the risk of decorative materials to the development of indoor fire. This risk includes the heat release rate and smoke generation of materials, the ignition and fire spread of materials, and the flash over caused by material combustion.

The test device complies with DS/ISO/TR 9705-2, ISO 9705:2016, GB 8624:2012, GB/T 25207:2010, GB/T 27904:2011 and other test standards. It is composed of four parts, including combustion chamber, flue gas collection and sample gas collection system, gas analysis and data processing system and gas supply system.

The device adopts imported accessories, with stable performance and more accurate detection. Select advanced smoke density measurement system, more intelligent, data acquisition and analysis system, and update data in real time to ensure accuracy. UV flame monitoring flame out protection device is also equipped to ensure the safety of the system.
