The purpose of the flame retardant testing machine for glasses is to determine the flame retardant degree of the spectacle frame material, determine whether the material has the required flame retardant performance, and ensure the safety of users.

Test instrument requirements:

a flame retardant tester that can heat a regular cylindrical steel rod (φ6*300mm),

can adjust the temperature to 800 degrees Celsius, and is equipped with a pneumatic device that can automatically lift the heating rod to prevent testers from touching the heating rod.

Glasses flame retardant testing machine test method:

A. Determine the test location (different materials should be tested separately)

B. Place the test sample

C. Start the instrument, put down the heating rod when the temperature of the heating rod rises to 650 degrees, make it contact with the test sample for 5 seconds, and then remove the heating rod

D. Observe whether the tested part of the sample continues to burn.
