What is the purpose of flammability test?
Flammability testing determines how easily a material or finished product will ignite or burn when exposed to or used near fire or heat.
Application of flammability tester for building materials: flammability test – single fire source fire resistance test, using the German KleinBrenner (KleinBrenner) principle, to determine the flammability of building materials when they are impacted by a small flame in the vertical direction. Suitable for Category B, C, D, E, Bfl, Cfl, Dfl and Efl classification tests related to building materials testing.
The building material flammability tester complies with the standard:
GB/T8624-2007 Classification of combustion performance of building and decoration materials (products) Flammability test
DIN 4102-1-B2 Classification class for requirements and tests of building materials Flammability test
GB/T8626-2007, ISO 11925-2 Test method for flammability of building materials
Product features of building materials flammability tester:
All stainless steel structure anti-corrosion box, maximize the life of the instrument
Two tempered glass doors are easy to observe the test status
The sample holder can be moved up and down, left and right, to ensure that the flame burning point is in the center of the sample or at a specified distance
The burner is installed on the sliding guide rail and moves freely
Equipped with two kinds of sample clamps and sample templates made of stainless steel and impacted by molds
Ignition source angle: vertical, 45°
