    Product Introduction of the Needle Flame Test Chamber

    It is developed according to the requirements of the standard IEC 60695-11-5, IEC 60335-1, IEC 60950-1, IEC 60065 on the needle flame combustion test, and fully meets the national standards GB4706.1-2005, GB5169.5 and related UL standards new integrated equipment. The device adopts a full-color seven-inch touch operation display screen. At the same time, the horizontal and vertical movement of the pattern clip is controlled by a motor, which can automatically move up and down, left and right without manual dialing.

    This test uses simulation techniques to assess fire hazard due to simulating the effect of a small flame due to fault conditions. For other similar products on the market, at the beginning of the test, you need to press the left hand to start the recording time and pull the Bunsen burner to the position where the sample is placed with the right hand. After the visual recording time is up, pull the Bunsen burner back by hand. This instrument is designed to avoid the user's uncoordinated mis-operation as much as possible. When starting the test, press "start" on the touch screen to automatically move the Bunsen burner to the right to the position of the sample. At the same time, the time relay counts. The light will automatically return to the starting position.
